Michael J. Rosolino
Michael Rosolino is an associate at Malm & LaFave. Mike is a dedicated attorney who is passionate about the law and seeking positive results for all of this clients. Mike is diligent, resourceful attorney who cares deeply about his clients. Since joining Malm & LaFave, Mike concentrates his practice on all aspects of estate planning, litigation, and succession planning. Mike anticipates all of his client’s legal needs, including those that the client may have yet to consider.
Mike is a graduate of Tulane University Law School where he was the president of his class and gave the commencement speech. During his second year, Mike was also President of the Law Women student organization. He also practiced as a Student Attorney with the Tulane Criminal Clinic, where he represented indigent defendants, writing appellate briefs and arguing before the Orleans Parish Criminal Court. Mike also has a certificate in Mediation, Arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, the Milwaukee Bar, and the North Shore Business Exchange.
Prior to attending law school, Mike was an insurance adjuster and is very familiar with insurance and coverage issues. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University, which provides him with crucial insight into the real estate market and real estate planning.
Mike is a licensed trapper and is looking forward to hunting in Wisconsin. He recently moved to Wauwatosa and is enjoying the Milwaukee area.
