STEPHANIE J. SHELTON
Stephanie Shelton has been an associate at Malm & LaFave, S.C. since her graduation from law school in 2016. Prior to law school at Marquette University, she attended University of Wisconsin – Madison, earning a Bachelors in Social Welfare from the School of Social Work. In law school, she received the CALI Award for Disability Law in Fall 2015, and was a member of the Social Welfare and Benefits Law Review (formerly known as the Elder Law Review). Stephanie’s law practice is primarily focused on elder law issues, ranging from estate and disability planning, to estate and trust administrations, probate, and probate litigation. She has recently expanded her practice to include real estate transactions, as well as corporate business succession planning. She is a member of NAELA, as well as the Association for Women Lawyers – Milwaukee Chapter.
